Abstract

The invention provides an optical system, a camera and optical equipment. The optical system comprises a lens group and a light folding element. The light folding element comprises a first surface, a second surface, a third surface and a fourth surface, the first surface and the fourth surface are oppositely arranged, and the second surface is connected between the first surface and the fourth surface. The third surface is connected between the first surface and the fourth surface. Light entering the optical system comprises effective light and ineffective light, and the effective light penetrating through the lens group can be transmitted into the light folding element through the first surface, is reflected by the second surface, the first surface and the third surface in sequence, and then leaves out of the light folding element from the first surface. The light folding element further comprises a first shading structure, and the first shading structure is arranged on the side, facing the first surface, of the fourth surface and used for preventing at least part of invalid light in the light folding element from being transmitted to the outside of the light folding element through the first surface.
