Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of insulating paint spraying, and particularly relates to a direct-current brushless motor surface insulating paint spraying device which comprises a workbench, two recovery grooves are symmetrically formed in the upper end face of the workbench, inner cavities of the two recovery grooves communicate with each other, and liquid outlets are formed in the bottoms of the inner cavities of the recovery grooves. A mounting plate is mounted in the upper end face of the workbench. The problems that an operator controls a winding set close to a motor stator and then drives the motor stator to rotate so as to dispense insulating paint on the winding set of the motor stator, if the operator controls the spraying head to be too close to the winding set of the motor stator, the insulating paint is dispensed too thick, otherwise, the spraying is too thin, and the spraying time is too long are solved. Although the winding of the motor stator needs to be dispensed for multiple circles, the single part of the winding of the motor stator needs to be dispensed too thick, so that the uniformity of dispensed insulating paint of the whole winding of the motor stator is influenced, and the heat conductivity and the electromagnetic strength of a finished motor are not up to the standard.
