Compound potassium hydrogen persulfate disinfectant and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention provides a compound potassium hydrogen persulfate disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of disinfectant production, the disinfectant comprises the following components by mass: 20-55% of potassium monopersulfate, 2-20% of dichlorohydantoin microspheres, 2-10% of sodium chloride coated particles, 1-15% of a surfactant, 3-15% of an acidic pH regulator, 10-20% of sodium hexametaphosphate, and 1-20% of a filler. The disinfectant contains dichlorhydantoin subjected to microspheroidization treatment and sodium chloride adsorbed and wrapped by colloid containing silica sol and polyvinyl alcohol, the disinfectant and potassium hydrogen monosulfate can achieve a synergistic effect, the bactericidal spectrum is expanded, meanwhile, microspheroidization and colloid adsorption and wrapping treatment can enable disinfection active ingredients and other ingredients to achieve a good isolation effect, and the disinfection effect is good. Therefore, the stability of the disinfectant during the storage period is improved.
