The invention discloses an infrared light reflection degradable agricultural mulching film and a preparation method thereof. The agricultural mulching film at least comprises a substrate layer serving as a first layer and formed by compounding PLA (polylactic acid), PBAT (poly (butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)) and Nano-OS; a CNF / TiO2-MA functional layer as a second layer disposed on at least one side of the substrate layer; and a PLA layer, as a third layer, disposed on at least one side of the CNF / TiO2-MA functional layer. The infrared light reflection degradable agricultural mulching film provided by the invention has good infrared reflection cooling performance, excellent mechanical property and biodegradability.
