Glass fiber-based filter material and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to a glass fiber-based filter material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of filter materials, the glass fiber-based filter material comprises a first paper web; the first paper web is glass fiber filter paper of which the fiber surface is loaded with acidified carbon nanotubes; the acidified carbon nanotubes account for 2-6% of the total mass of the glass fiber-based filter material. The acidified carbon nanotubes in the glass fiber-based filter material provided by the invention are uniformly loaded on the surfaces of the fibers, have high bonding strength with the fibers, are not easy to fall off, and have high dust holding capacity, high filter efficiency and good temperature resistance; the use requirements of high-cleanliness places such as medicine production workshops and clean rooms can be met, and low energy consumption and long service life of the filtering material in a high-temperature application environment can be realized.
