A hydraulic control system for a dump truck and a dump truck comprising the same

Abstract

The application provides a hydraulic control system of a self-unloading vehicle and a self-unloading vehicle containing the same, which comprises an oil source including an oil port P and an oil port T; a supporting oil cylinder including an oil cavity J and an oil cavity K; a lifting oil cylinder including an oil cavity L and an oil cavity M; a supporting directional control valve connected with the oil port P, the oil port T, the oil cavity J and the oil cavity K respectively; a lifting directional control valve connected with the oil port P, the oil port T and the oil cavity M respectively; a pressure control assembly including a supporting overflow valve connected with the oil port P and the oil port T at an inlet and an outlet respectively, and the overflow capacity of the supporting overflow valve being P1; a pressure supplement assembly including a pressure detection device for detecting the pressure of the oil cavity K, a pressure supplement oil path connected with the oil cavity K through a pressure supplement one-way valve, and a pressure supplement directional control valve connected with the oil cavity L, the lifting directional control valve, the pressure supplement oil path and a pressure relief oil path respectively. The length of the supporting mechanism driven to extend downward can be automatically adjusted according to the change of the height of the vehicle frame caused by the change of the load of the material box.
