The method comprises the steps of judging whether a currently opened file is an important file or not according to a preset important file library; if the currently opened file is the important file, starting monitoring on the screen capture operation; and when it is monitored that the screen capture operation is triggered, blocking the current screen capture operation. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the screen capture operation can be blocked when the opened file is an important file, otherwise, the screen capture operation is allowed, so that the terminal can be prevented from divulging without completely prohibiting screen capture, and the reduction of office efficiency is avoided.
