Residual mark cleaning device for printing ink packaging

Abstract

The invention provides a remnant cleaning device for ink packaging, and relates to the field of printing cleaning equipment.The remnant cleaning device comprises a cleaning tank and an ink roller, two ground contact supports are welded to the bottom of the cleaning tank in a bilateral symmetry mode, and a water discharging pipe is welded to the middle of the bottom of the cleaning tank; two vertical supporting short rods are welded to the top end of the cleaning tank bottom plate in a bilateral symmetry mode. Two vertical mounting plates are symmetrically and upwards welded to the inner wall of the rear side of the cleaning tank, and a longitudinally-arranged cleaning roller frame is rotationally mounted between the top end sections of the two vertical mounting plates; the whole cleaning roller frame is jointly composed of a mounting frame and two supporting shaft rods welded to the center positions of the left end and the right end of the mounting frame in a bilateral symmetry mode, and four cleaning sponges are mounted on the rotatable cleaning roller frame, so that the four cleaning sponges can be conveniently and directly rotated and switched for use in sequence; and the cleaning sponge can be directly rotated and switched for use without shutdown after being cleaned and abraded, so that the cleaning operation efficiency of the device is indirectly improved.
