A disc dryer

Abstract

The application discloses a disc dryer, and belongs to the technical field of disc drying equipment. The disc dryer comprises a shell, a driving shaft is rotationally arranged in the shell, a rake arm is fixedly arranged on the driving shaft, a rake blade is movably arranged on the rake arm, a driving mechanism is arranged on the rake arm, and the rake blade is driven by the driving mechanism to be adjustable in angle relative to the rake arm. The tilting angle of the rake blade is adjusted to control the turning direction and turning range of the material. A drying disc is fixedly arranged in the shell, and the rake blade is located above the drying disc. The driving mechanism comprises a driving motor, a driving screw, a driving block, a rack and a driving gear. The disc dryer can meet the drying requirements of materials with different water contents by controlling the turning range of the material and drying time, and can improve the drying efficiency of the material.
