Abstract

The invention provides a slide of a gene sequencing chip, the gene sequencing chip, a processing method of the slide of the gene sequencing chip and a gene sequencing method. The slide glass of the gene sequencing chip comprises a substrate which comprises a gene attachment area and a gene blocking area, and a plurality of gene attachment point positions are arranged in the gene attachment area; the barrier coating is coated on the contour edge of the gene barrier region or filled in the gene barrier region; the liquid inlet hole and the liquid outlet hole are both formed in the base plate, and both the liquid inlet hole and the liquid outlet hole are communicated with the gene attachment area. According to the technical scheme, the reagent dosage is reduced by changing the space for containing the reagent, the size of the base plate does not need to be changed, then the related structure of the sequencer does not need to be changed, and the wide compatibility range is achieved at the minimum cost.
