Abstract

The present invention discloses a blade strain field prediction method and system based on blade tip timing bandpass reconstruction technology. The method first constructs a three-dimensional finite element model of the rotor blade; secondly, establishes a generalized bandpass sampling model for the blade tip timing signal; then determines a sensor layout scheme; constructs a frequency-domain bandpass filtering model and solves a time-domain interpolation reconstruction function for the blade tip timing signal; builds a rotor test platform based on the sensor layout scheme; reconstructs the time series of the blade tip timing signal, and calculates a blade vibration displacement reconstruction signal using the measured blade tip timing signal and the interpolation reconstruction function; establishes a transient strain field reconstruction model based on the displacement-modal transfer ratio; and finally, reconstructs the blade transient strain field and visualizes the results. While ensuring the accuracy of the blade tip timing signal reconstruction, the present invention can minimize the number of sensors and the sampling period, thereby broadening the scope of application of the proposed method.
