The invention discloses a method for carrying out cleaning, descaling, slime removal, sterilization, algae removal and corrosion and scale inhibition on a liquid conveying pipeline and equipment by using Nothan gas. The method comprises the following steps: S1, gradually pressing gas into the same pressure tank at different temperatures and pressure environments; s2, connecting a pressure tank filled with the Nosouth gas into equipment and a pipeline which need to be treated through a pressure reducing valve; s3, the gas conveying amount of a pressure reducing valve is adjusted; and S4, gas is input into the pipeline while conveying is not stopped, cleaning, descaling, slime removal, sterilization, algae removal and corrosion and scale inhibition are conducted on the interior of the pipeline, and descaling and corrosion and scale inhibition are achieved.
