Production process of bonding assembly

Abstract

The invention provides a production process of a bonding assembly, and relates to the technical field of material processing and manufacturing, the production process comprises the following steps: compounding a first process release film, a double faced adhesive tape, an assembly release film and a support bottom protective film to form a first composite material belt, and carrying out first punching to obtain a primary structure; and then the punched material belt is rolled and is stood and stored for more than 4 hours at room temperature, so that deformation is reduced. And then stripping the first process release film, compounding a second process release film on the double-faced adhesive tape, and carrying out secondary punching to cut out an internal hollow-out part and a handle area. And then compounding a third process release film and carrying out third punching. And finally, compounding a finished product protective film, performing fourth punching to remove waste materials, stripping the bottoming protective film, laminating finished product release paper, and rolling to obtain a finished product. The process does not need an additional tension roller, is suitable for the membrane material with large thickness and high hardness, ensures the processing precision and the product consistency through multiple times of forming and punching, reduces the waste discharge difficulty, and improves the production efficiency.
