Photoelectric sensor with anti-interference function

Abstract

The invention discloses a photoelectric sensor with an anti-interference function. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the lens module is used for determining and adjusting the focal length of the lens based on the application scene selected by the user; the adjustable aperture module is used for controlling an aperture to perform opening and closing adjustment based on the aperture control signal; the optical feedback module is used for monitoring the light intensity change in real time by using a photosensitive element, and determining and generating a lens control signal and an aperture control signal based on the obtained light intensity signal; and the automatic gain control module is used for adjusting the gain corresponding to the input optical signal acquired by the photoelectric sensor on the basis of the light intensity signal under the condition that the light intensity is too strong or too weak, and obtaining an output optical signal on the basis of the adjusted gain. According to the invention, on the basis of detection of light intensity, a corresponding adjustment strategy is generated, the aperture and the focal length of the sensor are automatically adjusted, and the gain of the optical signal is correspondingly adjusted after the optical signal is collected, so that the anti-interference capability and the adaptability of the sensor are enhanced, and the signal stability is improved.
