Sludge dewatering, drying and incineration co-processing system and method for sewage treatment plant

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of sludge treatment, in particular to a sludge dewatering, drying and incineration co-treatment system and method for a sewage treatment plant, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining sludge data of different areas of a sludge tank, and adding a flocculant and a regulator in a corresponding proportion to obtain first sludge and data; a sludge parameter prediction model is constructed to recognize the first data, and the first maximum water content and the maximum incineration water content are obtained; treating the first sludge to a first maximum water content to obtain second sludge and data; the sludge parameter prediction model identifies the second data to obtain a first drying heating temperature range; treating the second sludge according to the first heating temperature range to obtain third sludge and data; the sludge parameter prediction model identifies third data to obtain an incineration temperature range; the third sludge is treated according to the incineration temperature range till the maximum incineration water content is achieved, and heat energy is recycled; heat energy is used for sludge co-treatment in the next stage; and comparing the incineration heat energy with the heat energy of sludge co-treatment, and judging whether external heat energy is input or not.
