Abstract

The application relates to a top-down method steel pipe pile construction device and a construction method, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The device comprises a steel pipe pile inserted into a foundation and a base fixed above the foundation. The upper side of the base is slidably connected with two moving frames. The opposite sides of the two moving frames are slidably connected with clamping plates. A vibrating device is arranged between the two clamping plates. The vibrating device comprises a connecting column fixedly clamped between the two moving frames. The device and the method are characterized in that the vibrating device is inserted into the upper side of the steel pipe pile. The lower side of the connecting column is inserted into the outer side of a grouting pipe, and then concrete is injected into the grouting pipe and into the steel pipe pile. Then, a concrete vibrator is started to drive a vibrating rod head to vibrate and treat the concrete, so that the gas in the concrete is discharged, the density of the concrete is improved, and the stability of the steel pipe pile in the foundation is maintained.
