A smart tourism service system based on the Internet of Things

Abstract

The present invention discloses a smart tourism service system based on the Internet of Things, which relates to the field of tourism service technology and is used to solve the problem that existing smart tourism services are unable to provide proactive services based on the real-time status of tourists, resulting in a low level of intelligence in tourism services, thereby reducing the user's travel experience; it includes a tourist behavior analysis module, an intelligent service module and an operation module. The tourist behavior analysis module collects and analyzes the behavior data of tourists in real time, and the operation module provides an operation interface for tourists to interact with scenic area information and service providers through smart mobile devices. The intelligent service module proactively provides personalized services based on the real-time status of tourists, effectively improving the tourists' sightseeing experience and ensuring the safety and comfort of tourists in the scenic area. At the same time, the system can also help scenic area managers better understand the flow of tourists, improve management efficiency, and reduce congestion and potential risks.
