The invention provides an industrial enterprise electricity demand control method and device, equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of industrial enterprise power grids, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining an electricity control parameter of a target industrial enterprise object; wherein the power utilization control parameters comprise a pre-month plan parameter, an intra-month plan parameter, a day-ahead plan parameter, an intra-day plan parameter and a real-time plan parameter, and the pre-month plan parameter, the intra-month plan parameter, the day-ahead plan parameter, the intra-day plan parameter and the real-time plan parameter refer to parameters fusing actual demands of wind and light power generation and an electric power market; determining a real-time plan optimization target according to the pre-month plan parameter, the intra-month plan parameter, the day-ahead plan parameter, the intra-day plan parameter and the real-time plan parameter; and determining the power demand according to the real-time plan optimization target and the real-time solver corresponding to the real-time plan optimization target. According to the technical scheme, the electricity demand is determined through the real-time plan optimization target determined by the electricity control parameters, and the accuracy of the electricity demand is improved.
