Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic welding device for electric oven production, and relates to the technical field of electric oven production equipment.The automatic welding device comprises a welding box, and a mounting table is arranged in the welding box; a positioning mechanism is arranged on the mounting table; the positioning mechanism comprises a pair of top clamping mechanisms, the pair of top clamping mechanisms are mounted on the mounting table, and the top clamping mechanisms are used for generating thrust on the side coaming downwards from the top so as to cooperate with the mounting table to clamp the side coaming; and a bottom support mechanism. By arranging the top clamping mechanism and the bottom supporting mechanism, air is blown into the supporting frame through the ventilation pipe, so that air pressure upward from the bottom is formed in the supporting frame, and upward pushing force on the welding seam position of the side coaming is formed through stable pushing of air force; and the clamping mechanism is matched with the top clamping mechanism to achieve the purpose of non-contact clamping of the welding seam position, so that the influence of the clamping structure on heat of the welding seam position during welding can be reduced, the welding seam position can be uniformly cooled, and welding deformation is reduced.
