Abstract

The automatic sorting device comprises a bottom frame, a door-shaped transverse frame erected on the bottom frame, a sample disc capable of reciprocating on the door-shaped transverse frame, a door-shaped vertical frame spanning above the bottom frame and the door-shaped transverse frame, a controller arranged on an upper cross beam of the door-shaped vertical frame, and a hyperspectral camera hung on the upper cross beam of the door-shaped vertical frame. The anti-fog shield is arranged on the periphery of the hyperspectral camera, the light supplementing lamp is arranged on a side vertical rod of the door-shaped vertical frame, and the ore rock classification program based on the hyperspectral image is installed in the controller. And the hyperspectral camera is in communication connection with the controller through a communication module in the hyperspectral camera. The system can adapt to various high-humidity and high-temperature environments for sample collection in medium and small ranges, and the samples are accurately analyzed and monitored in real time by combining a spatial-spectrum combined neural network model.
