Abstract

The invention discloses a gas turbine intelligent primary frequency modulation controller and a control method, and solves the problem that a gas turbine model cannot immediately adjust the load of a gas turbine due to the fact that the condition of fluctuation of power grid frequency cannot be considered in an existing method. The method comprises the steps of establishing a gas turbine simulation model by adopting basic parameters of a gas turbine and power grid facilities; simulating and executing the gas turbine simulation model, outputting frequency modulation fluctuation coefficients, discretely clustering the frequency modulation fluctuation coefficients into N discrete frequency modulation scenes, calculating frequency modulation probability values corresponding to the discrete frequency modulation scenes based on a fuzzy clustering algorithm, and constructing and training a distributed robust frequency modulation model based on the frequency modulation fluctuation coefficients and the frequency modulation probability values; when the gas turbine simulation model is constructed, basic parameters of the gas turbine and power grid facilities are combined, so that the fluctuation condition of the power grid frequency is considered when the gas turbine simulation model is executed, and the primary frequency modulation efficiency and the success rate of the distributed robust frequency modulation model when the power grid frequency fluctuates are ensured.
