Abstract

The application discloses a main drive module, a motor controller and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of motor controllers, and specifically discloses a main drive module, a motor controller and a vehicle. The main drive module comprises a shell, a filter assembly, a capacitor core package assembly, a power module assembly and a three-phase plastic package assembly. The shell has a mirror-symmetrical heat dissipation water channel. One side of the heat dissipation water channel dissipates heat for the capacitor core package assembly. The other side of the heat dissipation water channel dissipates heat for the power module assembly. The shell, the filter assembly, the capacitor core package assembly, the power module assembly and the three-phase plastic package assembly are distributed in a blade shape. The shell is a leaf vein, the filter assembly and the capacitor core package assembly are conduits in the leaf vein, the power module assembly is mesophyll in the leaf vein, and the three-phase plastic package assembly is a sieve tube in the leaf vein. The three-phase plastic package assembly can be a single-drive three-phase plastic package assembly or a double-drive three-phase plastic package assembly, so as to realize switching of two output modes. Through the design of simulating plant leaves, the application can realize functions such as multi-stage filtering, synchronous heat dissipation, mirror-image temperature control and double-mode integration, and is compatible with single-drive mode and double-drive mode.
