And the expanding cutter holder mechanism is used for cooperatively playing a cutting role and expanding a to-be-cut area on the paper diaper before cutting. According to the paper diaper cutting device, a to-be-cut area on a paper diaper can be further and completely expanded before cutting, after cutting, many scratches cannot appear at the cut position of the paper diaper, the cutting precision is effectively guaranteed, and the product quality and the production continuity are better guaranteed.
