Abstract

This invention provides an environmentally friendly wastewater treatment device and method for printed fleece fabrics, comprising a first container, which contains a first cavity, a second cavity, a third cavity, and a fourth cavity in sequence. The wastewater treatment device further includes a dissolved air generating component installed in the first cavity, a scraper assembly installed on the upper side of the second cavity, and a waste liquid recovery component installed in the third cavity. A floating deformation component is installed in the first cavity. This invention can automatically adjust microbubbles in the reaction space of the flotation machine, thereby ensuring the resolution of microbubble aggregation and guaranteeing the high efficiency and convenience of the wastewater treatment process for printed fleece fabrics.
