Double-station three-dimensional weaving profiling weaving equipment

Abstract

The application provides a double-station three-dimensional weaving and forming equipment, which comprises a jacquard module, two stations below the jacquard module and a forming weaving device. The forming weaving device adopts a detachable main core mold placed on a main core mold fixing frame. When a preform with different shapes is needed, a corresponding target core mold can be selected, so that more forming options are provided, and the application range is wider. The forming weaving device is provided with three-stage rolling, which can reduce the pressure applied to the preform in each stage of rolling, reduce the displacement of fibers in the preform and reduce the damage of the forming to the structure of the preform, so that more sizes and more shapes of core molds can be adapted. The lifting mechanism can be used for height adjustment of the core mold, and the lifting mechanism is matched with the three-stage rolling to form a preform with multiple shapes and multiple sizes.
