Lamp bead welding device

Abstract

The invention provides a lamp bead welding device which comprises a machine carrier, a heating table, a first operation mechanism and a second operation mechanism, the machine carrier serves as a base body for bearing all the mechanisms, the heating table is arranged on the machine carrier, when a substrate used for stacking lamp beads is placed on the heating table, the substrate is heated till soldering tin is melted, and on the other hand, the first operation mechanism and the second operation mechanism are arranged on the machine carrier. The first operation mechanism takes the lamp beads, the positions of the lamp beads reach the substrate on the heating table under the driving of the operation of the second operation mechanism, the lamp beads are welded on the welding point positions of the substrate under the action of temperature, the heating table stops heating, the first operation mechanism continues to keep the taking action, and the second operation mechanism operates again; the combination of the lamp bead and the substrate is taken away from the heating table and air cooling is completed in the air, rapid welding forming is achieved in the whole process, the LED lamp bead packaged by epoxy resin is prevented from being melted due to long-time high temperature, and therefore parts are protected.
