Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of water valve assembly, in particular to an automatic assembly device of an ultrahigh pressure water valve, which comprises an expansion mechanism for expanding a sealing ring, the expansion mechanism comprises a screw rod, and the upper end of the screw rod penetrates through the inner wall of a shell and is coaxially connected with an output shaft of a driving motor; the surface of the lead screw is in meshed connection with a sleeve rod, the lower end of the sleeve rod is movably connected with a driven rod, the lower end of the driven rod is rotationally connected with a rotating disc, multiple sets of through grooves are formed in the upper surface of the rotating disc at equal intervals in a penetrating mode, and multiple sets of expansion plates of arc-shaped structures are arranged at the lower end of the rotating disc at equal intervals. A vertical rod is fixedly installed at the upper end of the expansion plate, a plurality of sets of connecting rods are arranged on the upper surface of the rotating disc at equal intervals, a transverse rod is movably connected to the tail ends of the connecting rods, and a circular plate is fixedly connected to the tail end of the transverse rod.
