An integrated co2 thermal management system for electric vehicles and a control method thereof

Abstract

The application discloses an integrated CO2 thermal management system for an electric vehicle, which comprises a refrigerant circuit and a coolant circuit, wherein the refrigerant circuit comprises a WCC, a first electronic water pump, an evaporator, a heater core, an electric compressor, an outdoor air cooler, a first electronic expansion valve, a second electronic expansion valve, a third electronic expansion valve, a fourth electronic expansion valve, a first stop valve, a second stop valve and a gas-liquid integrated separator; and the coolant circuit comprises an electric drive circuit and a battery circuit. The system realizes integration in the coolant circuit, and reduces the leakage risk of refrigerant. The application further discloses a control method of the integrated CO2 thermal management system for the electric vehicle, which can realize multiple working modes, meet the heating and cooling requirements of a passenger cabin of the electric vehicle, and can also perform fine management such as motor cooling, waste heat recovery, cooling and heating of a power battery and the like, so as to realize an integrated architecture of a heat pump air conditioner, a battery and an electric drive thermal management system.
