An electronically controlled power assist device and a braking method

Abstract

The present invention discloses an electronically controlled power-assisting device and a braking method, comprising a motor, an output rod assembly, a transmission assembly, a pedal input assembly and a brake master cylinder. The motor is provided with a controller, the controller is connected to the motor signal, the motor is connected to the transmission assembly, the transmission assembly comprises a lead screw, a pedal input assembly is slidingly provided in the lead screw, the pedal input assembly is connected to the controller signal, the end of the lead screw is against the output rod assembly, the output rod assembly comprises a rubber pad, a first output push rod and a push rod joint, the first end of the first output push rod is matched with the pedal input assembly, the second end of the first output push rod is connected to the push rod joint, the rubber pad is against the first output push rod and the push rod joint, the push rod joint is against the piston of the brake master cylinder, and can match ABS or ESC of different manufacturers. When the brake fluid is pumped back to the brake master cylinder, the piston compresses the rubber pad so that the piston has a distance that can be moved toward the output rod assembly to reduce the oil pressure in the brake master cylinder.
