Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of float glass, and discloses a backflow-free borosilicate float glass melting furnace cooling part structure which comprises a feeding pipe, the end of the feeding pipe is communicated with a clarification frame, the end, away from the feeding pipe, of the clarification frame is communicated with a neck clamping frame, and the end, away from the clarification frame, of the neck clamping frame is communicated with a cooling device. The end, away from the neck clamping frame, of the cooling device communicates with a discharging pipe, a motor is fixedly connected to the top of the neck clamping frame, a rotating rod is fixedly connected to the output end of the motor, and a stirring plate is fixedly connected to the surface of the rotating rod. Melted borosilicate float glass liquid is added into the clarifying frame through the feeding pipe, the melted borosilicate float glass liquid enters the neck clamping frame through the feeding part to be treated, and the feeding part can push the melted borosilicate float glass liquid to flow into the neck clamping frame; the molten borosilicate float glass liquid is prevented from being accumulated in the feeding part to influence the cooling efficiency, and the backflow prevention part is arranged in the feeding part.
