本发明提供了基于煤电联营“三废”制备膏体的方法及充填开采方法,属于工业废弃物资源化利用技术领域。本发明将烟气中CO2依次进行捕集与解析,得到高浓度CO2气体;将粉煤灰与第一净化矿井水进行第一混合,将所得粉煤灰浆液与Na2CO3、NaHCO3、NaCl、醇胺溶液进行第二混合,将所得含粉煤灰混合浆液雾化后与所述高浓度CO2气体进行第三混合,经中和反应,得到含碳酸盐混合浆液;将所述含碳酸盐混合浆液、矸石颗粒与第二净化矿井水进行第四混合,得到膏体。本发明方法能够针对煤电联营产生的固、液、气“三废”如矸石、粉煤灰、矿井水与烟气进行同步处理,成本低,且制备得到的膏体可用于煤矿充填开采,经济效益高。
