Ladder type microalgae bio-membrane reactor

Abstract

The invention discloses a ladder type microalgae bio-membrane reactor, which belongs to the technical field of microalgae carbon sequestration and emission reduction, and comprises a box body unit, the microalgae growth unit is arranged in the box body unit, the cross section of the microalgae growth unit is of a stepped structure, the microalgae growth unit comprises a biological membrane substrate, and a microalgae biological membrane is arranged on the surface of the biological membrane substrate; the bearing unit is used for supporting the microalgae growth unit; the conveying unit is used for conveying sewage and air; and the auxiliary growth unit is arranged below the microalgae growth unit and is used for accelerating the growth of the microalgae. By adopting the biological membrane substrate with the step-shaped structure, the occupied area of microalgae emission reduction can be reduced, the space utilization rate is increased, the biomass yield of the microalgae biological membrane in unit occupied area is finally increased, and meanwhile, carbon dioxide is fixed to the maximum extent and nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants in water are purified to the maximum extent.
