Preparation method of D-glufosinate-ammonium

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of D-glufosinate-ammonium, which comprises the following steps: firstly, reacting a D, L-glufosinate-ammonium raw material with acyl chloride to obtain an N-acylated-D, L-glufosinate-ammonium intermediate solid; then acylase is added for an enzyme catalysis reaction, and an N-acylated-D-glufosinate-ammonium intermediate solid is obtained; and then hydrolyzing to obtain a D-glufosinate-ammonium crude product, and finally washing with a solvent and drying to obtain the D-glufosinate-ammonium. According to the preparation method, specific raw materials are selected to be matched with specific process step conditions and parameters, overall good interaction is achieved, high-purity D-type glufosinate-ammonium is prepared by combining chemical modification, enzyme chiral resolution and other means, the raw materials are easy to obtain, chiral raw materials or expensive ligands do not need to be used, the reaction conditions are mild, and the method is suitable for industrial production. The method is simple and convenient to operate, low in production cost, free of tedious steps and high in application value.
