Device and method for measuring air volume by using tracer gas

Abstract

The invention relates to a device for measuring air volume by using tracer gas, which comprises a tracer gas source arranged on the outer side of a to-be-measured gas flow channel; the tracer analyzer and the microcomputer processing system are connected and arranged on the outer side of the to-be-detected airflow channel; at least one tracer injection assembly and at least one sampling assembly are arranged on the inner side of the to-be-detected airflow channel in parallel, the tracer injection assembly is connected with a tracer gas source, and the sampling assembly is connected with a tracer analyzer and the microcomputer processing system; the tracer agent injection assembly comprises a second tracer agent release pipe and a plurality of tracer agent release ports, the second tracer agent release pipe is distributed in a disc shape, and the cross sectional area of the second tracer agent release pipe is the same as or similar to the cross sectional area of the to-be-detected airflow channel, so that the tracer agent gas is ensured to be uniformly mixed with airflow in the to-be-detected airflow channel when entering the to-be-detected airflow channel. According to the structural design, the tracer gas mixing device can adapt to different application scenes, it is ensured that tracer gas and gas flow are fully and evenly mixed, and the feasibility and precision of detection are improved.
