Abstract

The invention provides an order multi-currency settlement method, system and device, a medium and a program product. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a product quotation and a difference quotation amount limit which are priced by settlement currencies; in response to the fact that the customer successfully places an order with a public account, the exchange rate stored in the exchange rate database is used as the solidified exchange rate of the order, and a frozen budget amount matched with the product quotation in the order is frozen in a budget pool of a platform of an institution to which the customer belongs; freezing the budget amount to calculate prices according to the difference label currency and conforming to the difference label amount limit; in response to the order service completion message, obtaining a service actual amount valuated by the settlement currency; based on the service actual amount, the frozen budget amount and the fixed exchange rate, calculating to obtain an actual payment difference valuated by the settlement currency; and refunding to the budget pool or collecting from the personal account of the customer according to the actual payment balance. According to the invention, the budget deduction of multiple currencies is collected in a unified manner through the platform, the management and control of money in a travel scene are satisfied, and the reasonable exchange rate configuration of multiple currencies is supported.
