Tobacco leaf grading system and method

Abstract

The invention provides a tobacco leaf grading system and method. The tobacco leaf grading system specifically comprises a control device, a transfer device, a conveying device, a visual grading device and a grading device. The transferring device, the conveying device, the visual grading device and the grading device are controlled to operate through the control device, tobacco leaves to be processed are taken out of a tobacco frame through the transferring device and sliced, the tobacco leaves are graded through the visual grading device in the conveying process, and the grading full-automatic process is achieved through the grading device after grading is completed. Compared with the prior art, the system does not need manual participation in the whole process, the whole tobacco leaf grading process can be achieved, the slicing, grading and grading efficiency is effectively improved, and the cost is reduced.
