Application of MIR2911 in preparation of medicine for resisting Japanese encephalitis virus JEV

Abstract

The invention provides an application of MIR2911 in preparation of a medicine for resisting Japanese encephalitis virus JEV (Japanese encephalitis virus). Compared with the prior art, the application has the following advantages: according to the application provided by the invention, a strategy of inhibiting JEV replication by applying an MIR2911 small nucleic acid drug is innovatively provided, multiple genes of the JEV can be specifically targeted, and compared with ribavirin, the JEV replication can be more effectively inhibited in vitro; animal experiments prove that the MIR2911 has the inhibiting effect on mRNA, protein and virus particle levels, occurrence and development of Japanese encephalitis can be effectively prevented, and symptoms of Japanese encephalitis can be relieved by using the MIR2911 in the late period. The effective RNA sequence is wrapped and conveyed by the endogenous exosome, no immunoreaction exists, the safety of the exosome does not need to be verified, and the individual difference of oral administration of MIR2911 can be compensated. Compared with a protein polypeptide drug with a single target spot in the market, the medicine is low in cost and more efficient.
