Abstract

The invention discloses a three-phase cryogenic medium fire extinguishing device and a preparation method thereof.The three-phase cryogenic medium fire extinguishing device comprises a first mixing section and a second mixing section which are sequentially arranged, the first mixing section communicates with a low-temperature CO2 gas source and a low-temperature N2 gas source through a first branch pipe and a second branch pipe correspondingly, and the gas outlet end of the first mixing section is connected with the gas inlet end of the second mixing section; the first mixing section is communicated with the first branch pipe through a throttling expansion structure, and the air outlet end of the throttling expansion structure extends into the first mixing section and is used for introducing high-speed CO2 airflow into the first mixing section and injecting N2 airflow introduced into the second branch pipe, so that the first mixing section and the second branch pipe collide and mix for the first time; in the first mixing section, the flowing directions of airflow entering CO2 and N2 are different; and the second mixing section is used for throttling and accelerating the CO2 and N2 gas flow after the primary collision mixing, so that the CO2 and N2 gas flow are subjected to secondary collision mixing to increase the generation of a solid phase in a three-phase fire extinguishing medium in the fire extinguishing device, and the solid phase is sprayed out from the spraying end of the second mixing section.
