Each capacitor detection discharging module is correspondingly provided with a transmission assembly, the transmission assemblies are fixedly connected to the upper end of the bottom of the inner side of the rotating circular truncated cone, each transmission assembly is located under the corresponding capacitor detection discharging module, and each transmission assembly is in transmission connection with the bottom transmission structure; according to the invention, unqualified capacitors are rejected and circularly detected.
