Watchcase processing technology

Abstract

The invention discloses a watchcase processing technology which comprises the following steps: material distribution: according to the size of a watchcase, cutting a plate to be processed into a plurality of sub-materials; punching: processing a through hole in the middle of each cut sub-material to enable the sub-material to be annular; forging and pressing: using a mold to carry out forging and pressing molding on each sub-material, so that the sub-materials deform to form an annular blank body with a watchcase appearance; finish machining: machining an inner cavity for clamping a dial plate in the inner side wall of the annular blank body according to the position of the convex step, and machining a side hole for giving way to a key on the dial plate in the cavity wall of the inner cavity; according to the method, the mode that forging is conducted before finish machining is adopted to replace the mode that in the prior art, machining is conducted through a numerical control machine tool, then finish machining is conducted, the microstructure of the material is improved, the strength and toughness of the material are improved, and meanwhile the machining precision and the machining efficiency are improved.
