Oversized heat-conducting film and graphitization method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses an oversized heat conduction film and a graphitization method thereof. The size of the oversized heat conduction film in the length or width direction is 0.3-15 m, the material area is 0.1-30 m < 2 >, the thickness is 20-800 microns, and the heat conductivity in the plane direction is 700-1900 W / mK. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: winding and then putting into a graphitization furnace barrel-shaped graphite heating electrode, electrifying two ends of the graphitization furnace barrel-shaped graphite heating electrode to heat the material to 2500-3100 DEG C, and completing the graphitization treatment by sequentially carrying out the procedures of pressure maintaining, cooling and discharging after the power transmission is completed.
