Functionalized halloysite modified polyvinyl chloride composite material and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of new materials, and discloses a functional halloysite modified polyvinyl chloride composite material which is grafted on a polymethacrylate molecular chain through esterification reaction with inactive alcoholic hydroxyl on chlorogenic acid, and the polymethacrylate molecular chain has a similar structure with polyvinyl chloride, so that the functional halloysite modified polyvinyl chloride composite material has good compatibility; the chlorogenic acid with antibacterial activity is well dispersed in a polyvinyl chloride matrix, so that polyvinyl chloride has long-acting and good antibacterial performance, the compatilizer polyacrylate is grafted on the surface of halloysite in situ, the dispersity of halloysite in the polyvinyl chloride matrix is improved, and the antibacterial performance of the polyvinyl chloride is improved. The halloysite and chlorogenic acid are added into the polyvinyl chloride, so that the interface bonding force between the halloysite and the polyvinyl chloride is greatly improved, the reinforcing and toughening effects are achieved, and the polyvinyl chloride composite material with good antibacterial activity and mechanical properties is obtained under the modification of the halloysite and chlorogenic acid on the polyvinyl chloride.
