Zinc phosphate salt-based composite pigment loaded with nanometer corrosion inhibitor and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The present application provides a kind of zinc phosphate salt-based composite pigment loaded with nano corrosion inhibitor and a preparation method thereof, comprising configuring a first solution, wherein the first solution contains zinc ions and non-ionic surfactants; configuring a corrosion inhibitor solution, wherein the corrosion inhibitor solution contains corrosion inhibitor metal cations, non-ionic surfactants and complexing agents; by mixing the corrosion inhibitor solution and the first solution to obtain a first mixed solution; configuring a second solution, wherein the second solution contains phosphate ions, phosphoric acid and organic solvents; the second solution is sprayed into the first mixed solution in atomized state to obtain a second mixed solution, the second mixed solution is placed in an ultrasonic oscillation and microwave heating environment for a period of time, then filtered to obtain a precipitate, and the precipitate is dried to obtain a zinc phosphate salt-based composite pigment loaded with nano corrosion inhibitor.
