High-entropy alloy and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a high-entropy alloy and a preparation method thereof, the high-entropy alloy is composed of nanocrystalline, and the outer side of the nanocrystalline is wrapped with an oxide amorphous phase. According to the high-entropy alloy, due to the fact that the oxide amorphous phase is introduced into the high-entropy alloy, the nanocrystalline is wrapped by the oxide amorphous phase, the oxide amorphous phase can form a stable amorphous boundary, the hardness of the high-entropy alloy can be increased, growth of the nanocrystalline can be limited under the high-temperature condition, and therefore the high-entropy alloy can be obtained. Therefore, the structural stability of the high-entropy alloy at the high temperature can be ensured, experiments show that the hardness of the high-entropy alloy can exceed 45 GPa, and the stability of the organization structure can still be kept at the temperature of 1100 DEG C.
