SiC and TiC reinforced phases in the coating are completely reserved and uniformly distributed, the coating is high in hardness and good in wear resistance, meanwhile, the provided preparation method is mature in process, coatings of various thicknesses can be obtained, the defects of cracks, air holes and the like are avoided, the service life is long, and the problems that the friction and wear performance of an existing cladding coating cannot reach the expectation, and the wear resistance is poor are solved. The number of reinforcing phases in the coating is small, and distribution is not uniform.
