Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a ballastless track bearing table grinding operation method which comprises the steps that the total grinding amount D of a bearing table is obtained by obtaining grinding demand data information of the bearing table; according to the single-time polishing depth capacity d of the polishing device, the total polishing amount is decomposed to N = D / d, and N is the number of times of polishing; the single-time grinding depth capacity d, the grinding frequency N and the total grinding amount D of the grinding device are processed, and a preset grinding program is established; the grinding device grinds each pair of rail bearing tables layer by layer in sequence according to a preset grinding program, each layer is arranged in pairs, and the grinding device comprises at least three pairs of rail bearing tables. According to the technical scheme, three or more sleepers can be polished at the same time, automatic control over the polishing process can be achieved, manual intervention is reduced, and the polishing efficiency is improved.
