Design method for integrated stainless steel hydraulic oil tank of heavy truck

Abstract

The invention relates to a design method of a stainless steel hydraulic oil tank for a heavy truck. The problems that a hydraulic oil tank for the heavy truck is complex in manufacturing process, large in weight and high in cost are solved. The oil tank body is made of stainless steel 304, the oil tank body and the fixing support are of an integrated structure, the liquid level meter is designed to be used for observing the filling amount and the remaining amount of oil, the two clamping belts are designed to be used for fixing the oil tank body so that the oil tank body can be firmly fixed to the fixing support, and the oil suction filter is designed to be used for filtering oil from the oil tank to an operation system. The oil return filter is used for filtering oil returned to the oil tank from the operation system, the ventilation oil filling cover assembly is used for oil filling and ventilation of the oil tank, the clamping belt fixing lock nut is used for locking the clamping belt so as to fasten the oil tank body, and the oil drain plug can be unscrewed to drain old oil when new oil is replaced. In order to enhance the internal pressure resistance of the hydraulic oil tank, two layers of lightweight partition plates are arranged in the hydraulic oil tank, so that the overall rigidity of the hydraulic oil tank is improved.
