Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-channel control integrated hydraulic control reversing valve structure, which comprises a valve body, and a front end cover and a rear end cover which are arranged at two ends of the valve body, and is characterized in that a valve sleeve and a valve core which is positioned in the valve sleeve and is matched with the valve sleeve are arranged in the valve body; a floating spring seat is arranged at one end of the valve sleeve and one end of the valve element, and a spring is arranged in the floating spring seat. The valve sleeve, the valve element and the valve body form a plurality of reversing control oil cavities, and two or more independent control channels are arranged at the other end, opposite to the floating spring seat, of the reversing control oil cavities. During operation of the system, if a certain control system breaks down, normal work of the system can be guaranteed, controllability and reliability of the system are effectively improved through multi-channel control over the reversing valve, on the premise that the installation size is reduced, integrated control is achieved, the integration level and control redundancy of the system are improved, and safety in flight control of an aircraft is guaranteed.
