Planetary roller screw electromechanical actuator lubricated by oil

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of electromechanical actuators, in particular to an oil-lubricated planetary roller screw electromechanical actuator which comprises a front knuckle bearing seat, a rear knuckle bearing seat, a driving assembly, a planetary roller screw assembly, a limiting piston assembly and an internal circulation lubricating assembly. The inner circulation lubricating assembly comprises a steel cylinder, a supporting ring, a plurality of oil return pipes, a plurality of oil return connectors and a plurality of air taps, the planetary roller screw assembly and the limiting piston assembly are located in the steel cylinder, the oil return connectors are arranged at the two ends of the steel cylinder respectively, the oil return pipes are connected between the two oil return connectors respectively, and the air taps are installed on the outer side of the steel cylinder. According to the scheme, traditional grease lubrication is replaced with an internal circulation oil lubrication mode through the internal circulation lubricating assembly, friction loss is reduced, heat dissipation performance is improved, the maintenance requirement is lowered, and the problems that the existing traditional electromechanical actuator is high in heat management requirement and poor in heat dissipation performance due to the fact that the grease lubrication mode is frequently adopted are solved. And the maintenance cost is indirectly increased because the lubricating grease needs to be increased irregularly.
