Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of speed reducers, and particularly discloses a new energy automobile speed reducer with a cooling device.The new energy automobile speed reducer comprises a speed reducer body and the cooling device.The speed reducer body comprises a motor end shell, a speed reducer end shell, an input shaft assembly, an intermediate shaft assembly and a differential mechanism assembly; the input shaft assembly, the intermediate shaft assembly and the differential mechanism assembly are located in the motor end shell and the speed reducer end shell, and the two sides of the input shaft assembly, the intermediate shaft assembly and the differential mechanism assembly are rotationally connected with the motor end shell and the speed reducer end shell. The intermediate shaft assembly is respectively matched with the input shaft assembly and the differential mechanism assembly to realize torque transmission; the heat dissipation device comprises a heat dissipation fan and an oil seal, and the input shaft assembly or the intermediate shaft assembly penetrates out of the speed reducer end shell and then is connected with the heat dissipation fan. When the cooling fan rotates, air around the speed reducer can be sucked in, so that the air is blown over the surface of the speed reducer; when the temperature difference exists between the speed reducer temperature and the ambient air temperature, reduction of the speed reducer temperature can be assisted in a heat exchange mode.
